ISC - Intensive Screw Conveyor

Tecnobilance's ISC intensive screw conveyor is designed to ensure high homogeneity in cereal dampening, guaranteeing rapid moisture absorption with reduced energy consumption. It is available in ISC350 and ISC500 models, in carbon steel or AISI 304 stainless steel versions, to meet every plant and regulatory requirement.

Thanks to its robust structure and rotor with mixing paddles, the ISC ensures uniform water distribution on every single grain, promoting rapid and complete penetration, ideal for intensive conditioning processes. The machine is particularly effective in treating wheat and corn, preventing breakage and optimizing resting times.

Transmission occurs via belt and gearmotor, while a product presence sensor communicates with the safety solenoid valve, ensuring efficient control of the working cycle. Also suitable for use with water with a high chlorine content.
