RTF - High Pressure Rectangular Filter

The Rectangular High-Pressure Filter RTF is ideal for direct mounting on mechanical conveying systems and product storage cells, thanks to its rectangular flange and internal mesh that prevents the filter bags from falling into the line.

The cleaning of the bags is carried out by air jets controlled by solenoid valves which, through a Venturi meter, cause their sudden inflation; the intensity and duration of the jet can be set via a local panel.

Each filter is equipped with its own fan and is therefore independent of the rest of the system. The filter is equipped with a differential pressure gauge for monitoring the cleanliness of the filter bags and verifying their integrity.

RTF filters are ideal for: Food, pharmaceutical, chemical industries and plants with intensive filtration requirements.

RTF filters are available in the following configurations:

• 2, 4 or 8 bags
• Bag lengths: 800 mm, 1000 mm, 1250 mm.

RTF filters are manufactured according to the following standards:

• Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
• Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/EU.
• ATEX Zone 22 (optional).
• CE Marking.
